For candidates trained in retina, the office is equipped with Cirrus OCT with Angio, wide-field Zeiss fundus camera and argon laser. There is a full-service optical shop that includes contact lens services. The office has a dedicated med-spa room offering limited esthetic services. Surgeries are performed at ambulatory surgery centers (no ownership stake) and in the hospital when general anesthesia is needed.
In a retina surgical specialist career with Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN), you will:
Work with a team of ophthalmologists, optometrists, opticians and certified ophthalmic assistants within an established high-volume practice with a strong referral network.
Perform clinical and surgical care of patients with retina diseases including: intravitreal injections, vitreoretinal surgeries and retinopathy of prematurity service (ROP).
Be at the forefront of leading-edge technologies, delivering high-quality care to patients.

Exceptional earning potential:
Salary between $600,000 and $700,000 plus a value-based incentive opportunity
No compensation at risk based on wRVU productivity
Up to $30,000 forgivable recruitment loan
Additional compensation support available for those who sign while in post-graduate training, equivalent to $2,500 per month while in training
