Position Overview:
Join our highly collaborative team as an Optometric Physician, where you will practice as a floating physician servicing several clinics in Portland, Oregon, and the surrounding area with a primary home base. This position is ideal for an Optometrist with a completed Residency or a minimum of three years of experience.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited School of Optometry.
- One-year OD Residency preferred, or a minimum of three years of clinical experience with a history of chronic disease management.
- Unrestricted Oregon and Washington State Medical licenses.
- Unrestricted federal-issued DEA for Oregon and Washington.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive optometric care across multiple clinics.
- Manage chronic eye diseases and conditions.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.

- Salary: $118,700 - $144,800
