The Michigan College of Optometry is seeking an enthusiastic individual who thrives on both didactic and clinical education and enjoys preparing students to be outstanding clinicians.  Full-time 12-month tenure-track faculty position. Responsible for teaching in laboratory, classroom, and clinic. The candidate will be expected to develop in patient care, teaching/advising, scholarly/professional activities, and service. The applicant should demonstrate experience and a strong level of interest in clinical instruction in specialty contact lens fitting and cornea/anterior segment disease. It is also preferred that the candidate have experience working within a team-teaching environment and demonstrate the ability to initiate and complete scholarly/professional activities.
