We're seeking to hire a highly motivated full time Optometrist to be part of building our new state of the art Pearle Vision EyeCare Center. In our store, excellent eye care begins with the Optometrist and ends with the hand-off to the retail sales team. As an Optometrist, you will be responsible for completing comprehensive eye and vision exams, diagnosing eye diseases and prescribing corrective lenses. Our Optometrist needs to be committed to providing all patients with high quality Optometric patient care and professional services while utilizing available tools & visual aids to ensure patients understand each aspect of their vision, eye health and overall well being. 

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited institution required
• License in good standing in Maryland preferred
• National Provider Identification (NPI) required
• Prior clinical Optometry experience in retail or medical office or successful completion of the accredited optometry residency program
• Bilingual and/or American Sign Language skills are a plus
• Must be able to communicate and listen in a polite, friendly manner to ensure excellent experiences for our customers
• Must have good computer skills
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory, technology and best practices
• Ensure excellence in execution of delivering the brand promise & provide winning results in partnership with our retail sales team
