Terms, days, hours and benefits negotiable. Base salary + production-based bonus + PTO, 401(k) and other benefits. Prefer full-time (5 days/week) Associate Doctor, but can start part time (3 days/week) and work up to full time as your patient base grows. Looking for the right person with leadership skills and ownership mindfulness who is a good fit for our office culture. Some Saturdays required on a rotating basis. No Sundays, ever.
Flexible in starting part time, sooner is better than later. Negotiable.
Active and current license to practice in Texas at "TG" Therapeutic and Glaucoma certified level. License must be free of any disciplinary issues which encumber credentialing with insurance carriers.
